LOS ANGELES, CA — At today’s press conference to formally announce June 2oth match-up between Adrien Broner and Shawn Porter on Premier Boxing Champions, Porter took a few jabs at this year’s “super fight” by assuring the crowd that his upcoming tryst against Broner will not be Mayweather vs. Pacquiao. “I’m going to do somethings in there that will make you say, this fight was way better than Pacquiao and Broner.” We’re pretty sure he meant Pacquiao and Mayweather but hey, who’s counting. While giving his opponent Broner his just due respect, he corrected himself by saying Pacquiao vs. Mayweather.
